2. Data we collect

• Contact form: full name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. Your message may contain health information you choose to share — we treat it confidentially.
• Direct channels: if you contact us by phone, e-mail, WhatsApp, Viber or social media, data processing in those services is also governed by their own privacy policies.
• Server logs: our hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, browser type, access time) for the security and stability of the site.
• Visit statistics: we collect site usage data (Google Analytics) only with your prior consent.

The site offers no user accounts, newsletter or payments, and collects no data for such purposes.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to inquiries and arranging appointments — taking steps at your request prior to providing a service, and our legitimate interest in answering your message.
• Visit statistics (Google Analytics 4) — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Protecting the contact form from abuse (reCAPTCHA) — our legitimate interest in site security.
• Meeting legal obligations — where retention or disclosure of data is required by law.

4. Cookies and local storage

Before you give consent, the site sets no tracking cookies and sends no requests to third parties.

• We store only your cookie choice (cc-choice) in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) — a necessary setting, not tracking.
• If you accept cookies, Google Analytics sets statistics cookies (_ga, _ga_*).
• You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer.

5. Third-party services (Google, SociableKit)

• Google Analytics 4 — visit statistics. Loads only after your consent (Consent Mode v2; until then all storage is disabled).
• Google Maps — the location map loads only after your consent or after you click the load-map button.
• Google reCAPTCHA v3 — loads only when you start filling in the contact form and protects it from automated abuse.
• Fonts are served from our own domain — visiting the site sends no data to Google’s font servers.
• SociableKit — displays our Google reviews. The widget loads only after your consent or after you click the load button.

These Google services are subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms of service. Google LLC may also process data on servers outside Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards Google applies (standard contractual clauses).

6. How long we keep data

• We keep contact-form inquiries for as long as needed to handle and document them, unless the law requires longer retention.
• Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
• Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you change it or clear your browser data.

7. Your rights

Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

• access, rectification and erasure of your data,
• restriction of processing and objection to processing,
• data portability,
• withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

The site uses HTTPS encryption, and we collect only the minimum data needed for the stated purposes. Only clinic staff have access to inquiry data.
